MOTHER’S DAY LUNCH OFFER

CANADA LODGE HAVE TEAMED UP WITH CLEVER CHEFS TO OFFER THIS WONDERFULLY CREATIVE MOTHER’S DAY LUNCH

Available as 2 or 3 courses.  Lunch will be served in the Lodge which offers amazing lake side views.

Hence, this is simply a perfect place for the whole family to relax and enjoy a special Mother’s Day.

STARTERS

Roasted cauliflower cheese soup, macaroni cheese bon bon, crusty bread. (V)

Rhubarb & salmon gin cured salmon, shaved rhubarb, lemon & fennel salad, sourdough, wild flowers.

Potted chicken liver parfait, brioche, chutney, salad.

 

MAIN COURSE

Roasted strip of Welsh Beef, seriously crispy pork loin or butter roasted turkey breast.

Vegan lentil & vegetable nut roast.

Chef’s seasonal vegetables, ridiculously fluffy roasties, gigantic yorkshires and rich gravy

Roasted fillet of cod, Glamorganshire potato croquette, seasonal vegetables, leek and white wine sauce.

 

DESSERT

Salted caramel brownie, popcorn ice cream, chocolate soil,

Rice pudding, clotted cream rice pudding, crispy skin, honeycomb, compressed strawberries
